Sustainable development of cities and regions according to strategic aims and guidelines is highly absorbing and, at the same time, a planning and political challenge. This theme lies at the core of our activities.

special "Matrix" in which the comprehensive aspects are harmonized with one another in the successful and efficient realisation of the projects concerned.

The result of this integrated concept is a catalogue of individual tasks ready for tender and exactly defined with regard to their dimension, location, quality and performance.
